The U.K’s favourite cooking apple. The original tree was grown from a pip in Nottingham in 1809. The large fruits cook to a pale cream puree with strong acidity and flavour. Very attractive bright pink blossom. Stores very well.

Pollination: Triploid (will not act as a pollinator). Group B.

Season: Nov - Mar.

Available for delivery: late November - late April.
