This wonderful new dessert apple stores exceptionally well and is best eaten after Christmas. The fruits are crisp and juicy with an excellent flavour characterised by the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.  The tree appears to be resistant to scab and mildew and can be grown countrywide. Produces exceptionally large flowers in the spring.
