 Prunus insititia 'Merryweather Damson'

The most popular damson, suitable for culinary and dessert purposes. The blue-black fruits are very large (plum sized) and juicy and have a good rich damson flavour. Sweet enough to be used as a dessert plum when fully ripe. A heavy and reliable cropper.
