Malus domestica 'Fiesta' (syn. 'Red Pippin')
A crisp, juicy red flushed dessert apple with a rich, aromatic Cox-like flavour. A very popular garden variety, less prone to disease than Cox and suitable for the north. Heavy cropping. Stores very well.
Supplied in a ‘Y’ shape with two main shoots that can be trained out in opposite directions at about 45cm (18in) above the ground. On receipt you will need to tie the arms down gradually (in several stages) to a horizontal supporting framework (not supplied).
Pollination: Partially self-fertile. Group B.
Season: Oct - Jan.
Tree Form: Stepover.
Available for delivery: late November - early May.
