Aprium & Pluot Trees
Apriums and Pluots are interspecific hybrids resulting from the cross-breeding of apricots and plums through multiple generations. They are grown on Montclair rootstock to create a compact tree that is proven to give a heavier crop of larger fruit. They can be trained as a fan on a south or south-west facing wall or fence, 3.6m (12ft) wide and 2m (6ft 6in) high. They can also be grown as free standing bush trees 3.6m (12ft) in height and spread. Trees are available from late November to late April.
Don't forget to include tree stakes and ties on your order. All young fruit trees require staking and for better establishment we strongly advise using Rootgrow when planting (as recommended in RHS planting guidelines).
