Malus domestica 'Cevaal'

An aromatic Cox-like apple which is sweeter, more disease resistant and ripens earlier than Cox. It is is one of the easiest and most reliable of all apple varieties producing heavy crops of crisp, red flushed dessert apples. Many growers regard Cevaal as the finest tasting early apple. If you've only got room for one apple tree in the garden, this is the variety we recommend. The tree is compact and an excellent choice for the garden. Suitable for the north.

The Irrigatia SOL-C24L Solar Automatic Watering System offers all the benefits of the SOL-C12L with even more features, thanks to the extra power it generates from it's larger solar panel.

This eco-friendly, fully automatic watering system uses solar power to irrigate plants from your water butt and can even be used during a hosepipe ban. Simple to install, once set up the system will water automatically with minimum supervision. No need for an outside tap or power source!

Simply insert the feeder tube into the water butt, arrange the drip tube as required and switch on the Irrigatia unit. The unit will water automatically every 3 hours but the amount of water released depends upon the amount of sunlight - the more sun, the more it waters!

The Irrigatia unit can feed up to 24 drippers (12 supplied), can drip water up to 5m above the water source and is able to supply enough water for up to 10 large hanging baskets or 24 x 20 litre pots. Ideal for greenhouses, polytunnels, gardens and allotments.

Bred in the UK by East Malling Research, Malling Centenary was chosen to mark the 100th anniversary of the research station in 2013 and is now firmly established as the UK's most widely grown summer fruiting strawberry. It was specifically bred for the supermarkets but with the aim of putting flavour back into the berry. The fruits are very juicy and the eating quality is consistently good with high sugar levels and an excellent strawberry flavour. It is also a fantastic garden variety - Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux Jr. was certainly impressed with the flavour when he was filmed tasting the fruit for the BBC's Great British Food Revival.

Strawberry 'Elegance' (mid)

This new summer fruiting strawberry produces very heavy crops of large, glossy fruits with a wonderful sweet strawberry taste and a juicy, pleasant texture. In trials it proved to be the heaviest cropping variety.

Also known as the ‘hardy kiwi’, this species of kiwi (Actinidia arguta) produces grape-sized fruits with very thin ‘fuzzless’ skins. The flavour is sweeter than the ‘fuzzy’ kiwi and the fruits can be eaten whole - they don’t even need to be peeled. Kids love them! The vine is very hardy (down to -34°C). Self-fertile.

Grape Vine 'Crimson Seedless'

A popular red seedless variety originating from California. It produces heavy crops of slightly elongated pinkish-red fruits. Sweet and juicy with a good crisp texture. Will ripen outdoors on a warm wall in the south but should be grown in a cold greenhouse in less favourable areas.

NEW! This dwarf blueberry will only reach a maximum height of 18-24in and is therefore perfect for growing in a pot.
