This collection consists of 4 currant bushes, 1 each of the following:
Blackcurrant 'Ben Hope'
This ‘big bud’ resistant blackcurrant is particularly suitable for organic gardeners. It is one of the best flavoured varieties, exceptionally heavy yielding and also resistant to mildew, leaf spot and rust. The bush is vigorous and tall and is therefore best planted in a sheltered site. Season: from mid July.

Redcurrant 'Jonkheer Van Tets'
A very popular early ripening redcurrant producing heavy crops of large attractive berries that are borne on long strigs. Very good flavour. Season: from early July.

Whitecurrant 'White Versailles'
The most popular whitecurrant producing heavy crops of large, sweet, pale yellow berries. Well worth growing, the fruits look beautiful mixed in a dish with other berries. The bush is fairly strong and vigorous. Very reliable. Season: from early July.

Pinkcurrant 'Gloire de Sablon'
A very old French variety producing beautiful translucent pink currants that have a wonderful scent and are bursting with sweet, juicy flavour. Season: from mid July.
