If you are keen to start harvesting tasty salads just a couple of weeks after planting, then this selection of cut and come again salad plants is ideal. Ready mixed packs of salad leaves are expensive to buy in the supermarkets and have a short life-span in the fridge. If you grow your own salad crops you can freshly harvest the exact quantity and combination of colours and textures that you want for each meal. Salad crops can be grown in a vegetable patch or raised bed but are perfect for raised beds, pots and containers and can be planted fairly close together (just a few centimetres apart) if you are short on space. This collection contains the following young organic plants:

Beetroot - Detroit x 10
Lettuce - Little Gem x 10
Lettuce - Lollo Rossa x 10
Lettuce - Buttercrunch x 10
Mizuna - Kyoto Green x 10
Rainbow Chard - Bright Lights x 10
Salad Mustard x 10
Spinach - Perpetual x 10
Wild Rocket x 10

Please note that the contents of this garden may vary slightly depending upon the season.
